Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be possible if shipping is initiated, and the order will continue as scheduled.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless:
- The product has a defect or the wrong item is delivered.
- The item is delivered broken. Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- It will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
